Drafts Due

Your draft nomination letters are due.

The final version is due Friday,  tomorrow.

Homework:

1. Class will not meet tomorrow. You may turn the hard copy of your letter in at Mrs. Loden's office, 126 (just off the main hallway by autobody at the north end) during any time of the day Friday. [Do NOT send me an e-copy because you don't know if it will print correctly on the page until YOU do it.]

2.  Go to http://prezi.com/kivylhim8stb/?utm_campaign=share&utm_medium=copy&rc=ex0share    and read through the prezi.

3. When you are done, write some sentences. Five of them should be examples of compound sentences; five of them should be examples of complex sentences. [ You can use the same clauses with different conjunctions, like the examples in the Prezi, if you wish.] Bring these to class on Monday.
